At VM KARS OR CARS, we’re committed to delivering high-quality car accessories and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages, and we may be unable to make changes.
If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse.

If you send back a non-approved return, or the return is outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To start a return:

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team’s approval before shipping the item back.

  3. Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, and includes your order number and name for quicker processing.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective upon arrival.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

After we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. Once approved, refunds can take up to 40 business days to be processed depending on your payment method and bank.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging orders, but if your item arrives damaged (defective or physically broken), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report damage:

  • Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: Damage to packaging (such as dents or tears) with the product still in good condition is not considered product damage.


Product Safety & Use

Our products are tested for quality and performance, but it’s important to follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines.
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, and refunds/replacements for such cases are at our discretion.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders quickly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
VM KARS OR CARS is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the courier.
